**Zusätzliche Angabe bei Wohnungs- und Teileigentum**, nur auszufüllen, wenn für Ihr Objekt noch kein Grundbuchblatt vorliegt.

Hier ist nur dann ein Datum zu ergänzen, wenn zwar bereits ein Antrag auf Eintragung beim Grundbuch eingereicht wurde, der Grundbucheintrag allerdings noch nicht erfolgt ist. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich ggf. beim Notar, wann dieser den Antrag beim Grundbuchamt eingereicht hat, sofern Ihnen dieses Datum nicht bekannt ist.
